Auctify B.V., located in the Netherlands, operates AuctionsNearMe.com with a firm commitment to creating a safe and fair marketplace. We do not tolerate the sale of illegal or harmful items. Auctify reserves the right to remove listings that violate our Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited Items

• Offensive Items: Listings that promote hate or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, disability, or sexual orientation are not allowed. This includes materials from supremacist groups, war-related relics with offensive symbolism, and items of an explicit or sexually offensive nature.
• Historical Exemptions: We make exceptions for antique or historical items that provide educational context. If you're unsure, reach out to our support team for guidance before listing.

Arms, Ammunition & Hazardous Materials

• All firearms, ammunition, and military-related items are strictly forbidden.
• Hazardous items such as explosives, catalytic converters, test pipes, and materials that are flammable, corrosive, poisonous, or otherwise dangerous are also banned.

Wildlife Products

• We do not allow listings that include any parts from protected or endangered animals. This includes fur, ivory, and other animal-derived goods that may contribute to illegal wildlife trade.

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
• Medical products with unverified claims
• Human remains or body parts
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Lewd, obscene, or pornographic materials
