AuctionsNearMe.com is intended to be a friendly and useful experience, but as with anything involving transactions, there are risks. We encourage all users to carefully review these terms before participating.

Rights to Suspend or Terminate

AuctionsNearMe.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any listing or account without notice if:

• You violate our safe trading rules and policies.
• You repeatedly break any of these terms.
• You list a suspicious or prohibited item.
• You are suspected of being a non-paying bidder.

In most cases, suspicious accounts or listings will be suspended while we investigate. If the issue is confirmed, the account will be terminated.

Your Conduct

You are fully responsible for your activity on AuctionsNearMe.com. You must ensure your actions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use this platform to sell or buy anything prohibited by law. For a full list of prohibited items, see our Prohibited Items page.

You must not transmit any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. Encouraging illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Listing Your Auctions

AuctionsNearMe.com primarily acts as a search and discovery tool. We do not directly handle listing management on this site.

To list your auction house or add upcoming auctions to our platform, please use Auctify.com. All seller tools, account management, and listing creations are handled centrally through the Auctify platform.

General Terms

AuctionsNearMe.com is a platform for auction discovery. We do not participate in or control transactions between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of listed items. We cannot ensure sellers complete their sales or that buyers fulfill their bids. We are not liable for fraud, misrepresentation, or damages arising from listed items.

We operate on a "best effort" basis regarding the finding, aggregating, and displaying of auctions, auction house details, and associated social media accounts. This information—including map locations ("pins") and Discovery Spotlight summaries—is generated from publicly available sources and automated processes. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that social media links are correctly attributed to the auction house, that addresses are precise, or that all data is current. Users should independently verify all auction details, official channels, and locations before participating.

While we are not responsible for disputes, we are committed to helping in cases of fraudulent activity to the best of our ability.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
