You can use AuctionsNearMe without creating an account and without telling us who you are.
/go/auctify.php, which records which button you clicked, the AuctionsNearMe page you were on, the time and a one-way hash of your IP address (salted per day, so it cannot be reversed or linked across days). No cookie is set and nothing is shared with Google or Auctify beyond the normal referrer and campaign tags in the destination URL. We use this only to see which parts of the site lead auction companies to Auctify. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring our own promotion. Records are deleted after 90 days.cookieConsentGiven, remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. Use "Cookie settings" in the page footer to withdraw or change your choice; the cookie bar then appears again.
If you subscribe to auction alerts we store your email address, the region or city and category you chose (derived from the page you were on, never a street address), the page you subscribed on, a one-way hash of your IP address (to limit abuse), the date and time, and the version of the consent text you saw. We first send a confirmation email; nothing else is sent until you open its link, and an unconfirmed signup is deleted after 30 days. We then email you at most once a week, only when a new auction matches, and we keep a log of which auctions each email mentioned so we never repeat one, plus the date of each email sent. We use all of this only to send you the alerts you asked for. Legal basis: your consent. We do not send marketing and we do not share your address. Email is delivered through Mailgun (Sinch), our email processor. Every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also unsubscribe at /unsubscribe-alerts.php or by emailing us. Unsubscribed records, including the send log, are deleted 30 days after you unsubscribe.
AuctionsNearMe is a directory of auction houses. Most listed businesses are companies, but some are sole traders whose business name or website contains a personal name. This section is our notice to them.
AuctionsNearMeBot in robots.txt or uses a noindex, noai or tdm-reservation signal.We use the following providers. Auction-house website text and business names are sent to the AI providers to produce summaries; no visitor data is ever sent to them.

Some of these providers are established in the United States. Where that is the case we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses offered by the provider.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Email ; we answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
We update this notice when our processing changes and record the date at the top. Previous versions are available on request.
