1949 Mercury Coupe – Custom Chop Top Project

This 1949 Mercury is an incredible head-turning foundation for a classic Lead Sled or custom build. The hardest part of the customization is already masterfully done, featuring an exceptionally well-executed chop top with a fantastic profile. The vast majority of the custom sheet metal work is complete, leaving just the trunk pan and rocker panels needing replacement. You can buy this rolling project exactly as it sits today, or we can utilize our reserved spot at Muscle Cars Inc. out of Grain Valley, Missouri, to have that remaining metal work professionally finished for you within a 30-day window. They've been building high-end cars for over 40 years, so you know the work will be done right. Please note that this is a blank slate with no engine or transmission included, allowing you to drop in the exact powertrain you want. Everything you see in the photos goes with the car. Feel free to call or text to schedule a time to come check it out. Location: Kansas City, Mo. (816) 308-0351
