Is a listing on AuctionsNearMe free?
Yes. Every auction house profile on AuctionsNearMe is free and stays free. There is no paid tier for the directory. The only paid product mentioned on this page is Auctify, separate auction software operated by the same company.
How did my auction house get listed without my asking?
AuctionsNearMe is a discovery directory. Our crawler (AuctionsNearMeBot) finds auction house websites, reads the public pages, and an AI writes a short summary of what the house sells and when its next auction is reported. Profiles are compiled from publicly available information only, and every profile says so.
How do I correct or remove my profile?
Use the removal and correction form at auctionsnearme.com/remove-listing/. Requests from an email address on the listed domain are processed automatically; others are reviewed by a person. Removed pages return HTTP 410 and the domain is not crawled again.
How do I add my auction house?
Enter your website address in the form on this page. The crawler fetches the site under your robots.txt rules; if it finds auction content, a profile is generated within a few hours to two days. Only auction houses and auctioneers are listed.
Does AuctionsNearMe take bids or payments?
No. AuctionsNearMe never takes bids, registrations or payments. Every listing links to the auctioneer's own website, where bidding happens.
How do live auctions with photos and closing times get on the map?
Those come from Auctify, auction software used by auction houses to run their own online auctions. When a seller publishes a lot on their Auctify storefront, AuctionsNearMe automatically creates a page for it with the photo, the real closing time, map position and structured data, and links it from the seller's profile, the map and the upcoming-auctions list.
