## Description

This beautiful Ted Baker dress comes from Dr. Shauna Tan-Chiam, a Singaporean doctor and founder of skincare brand Bareness.
Shauna wore this dress to her medical school convocation, at a time when she was rebuilding her health and her relationship with her body. She was not yet where she thought she wanted to be, but this was one of the first dresses that made her feel confident exactly as she was.
The butterfly motifs became a quiet reminder that transformation does not happen overnight. It is gradual, often invisible and always worth celebrating.
Years later, the dress reminds Shauna not only of becoming a doctor, but of becoming freer from the expectations she had placed on herself.
That is what makes this dress such a special Power Piece. It carries a story of transformation, self-acceptance and the confidence that comes from learning to embrace yourself along the way.
Today, Shauna is passing it forward through Image Mission, with the hope that whoever wears it next will create their own meaningful memories in it.
